I'm a Partner Group Product Manager at Microsoft, where I co-founded and lead end user and AI product teams for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop — cloud services that stream secure, personalized Windows experiences to millions of users on any device, anywhere in the world. I hold a patent in application state synchronization across computing environments, which I earned while building Windows 365. My most recent work focuses on bringing AI to the cloud PC experience, including Windows 365 for Agents, redefining how people and AI agents interact with computers.
I got to product management through an unconventional path. I started my career in healthcare management consulting at Milliman and ECG, where I learned to break down complex systems, find leverage points, and build trust with senior stakeholders. In 2009 I joined Microsoft in a business operations role and discovered my passion for building products. I transitioned into product management and helped launch Microsoft Partner Center, a platform that now drives billions in annual partner revenue.
After a stint leading channel development at Smartsheet during its hyper-growth phase, I returned to Microsoft to lead Windows cloud experiences. Along the way, I spoke at Microsoft Ignite about AI and Windows 365 and Product School about careers in product management, and started writing about the craft of product management which you can read more about on my writing page.
I hold an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MHA from the University of Washington, and a BS in Biology and Psychology from Western Washington University. Outside of work, I build side projects, write about PM leadership, angel invest, and live with my family in the Pacific Northwest.
